This appeal is preferred by the assessee against the order dated 21.03.2014 passed by the ld. CIT(A), Noida for assessment year 2005-06.
An application has been received on behalf of the assessee for withdrawal of the instant appeal as the issue has been addressed and decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India by its Order dated 2.7.2018 in Civil Appeal Nos. 792-793/2014. ITA No. 3185/Del/2014 Assessment year 2005-06 Ld. DR had no objection to the withdrawal of the appeal. We permit the assessee to withdraw the appeal. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
