629. Notice, etc., by whom to be served or presented.
- Notices, bills, schedules, summonses and other such documents required by this Act or by any regulation or byelaw made under this Act to be served upon or issued, or presented or given to any person, shall be served, issued or presented or given by municipal officers or servants or by other persons authorised by the Commissioner in this behalf.
