Section 128(4) in Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1964
(4)Notwithstanding anything contained in the City of Bangalore Municipal Corporation Act, 1949, after the coming into force of Chapter IV of this Act, the Corporation shall pay to the Board such percentage of the property tax collected as water tax during such years as the State Government may by order specify.
