Section 1 in High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2005

(1)These rules may be called as "the High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2005".(2)These rules shall come into force on such date as the Chief Justice may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint:Provided, however, different dates may be appointed for different rules.
