26. Collector to disburse amount awarded in excess by Tribunal.
(1)The amounts, if any, awarded by the Tribunal in excess of the compensation awarded by the Collector shall be placed at the disposal of the Collector by the Trust, and the Collector shall disburse, deposit, invest or dispose of the same in the manner stated in sections 16 and 17 as if they were the amounts deposited on account of the award by him.(2)The Collector shall also in like manner and in accordance with the decision of the Tribunal, deposit, invest or dispose of the compensation due for the land the title to which is disputed before him.
