1. The aforesaid matters were kept in Chambers to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement.
2. At this stage, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend to implead the petitioner's parents, as party respondent Nos.7 and 8 respectively in both the petitions. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
3. We are informed that the parents of the petitioner and respondent Nos.3 to 6 are suffering from Paranoid Schizophrenia.
4. Considering the aforesaid i.e. the parents of the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 to 6 are suffering from Paranoid Schizophrenia, we direct the B.J. Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, Pune to constitute a Medical Board to examine the parents of the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 to 6, within one week from today. The parents of the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 to 6 to be produced before the Medical Board on the date and N. S. Chitnis 2/3 ::: Uploaded on - 24/07/2025 ::: Downloaded on - 02/08/2025 07:49:40 ::: 1-wp.11156&11158.2024.doc time, as may be given by the medical board, so as to enable the Medical Board to examine them and submit a report to this Court on the next date.
5. Learned A.G.P. to forthwith communicate the aforesaid order passed today to the Dean, B.J. Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, Pune, so as to enable them to constitute a Medical Board and submit a report to this Court with respect to the medical condition of the parents of the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 to 6. The said medical report to be submitted in a sealed envelope through the learned A.G.P.
6. Stand over to 31st July 2025. To be listed on the Supplementary Board.
