Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the order, dated 23.04.2015, of which review has been sought for.

There is no error apparent on the face of record, which requires to be rectified. A third case cannot be permitted to be made out now in the review application, contrary to the stand and position which has emerged earlier.

Review application is dismissed.
