(5)The Commission shall select persons for appointment to such posts other than the posts of Group D category and posts to be filled up by promotion n the Co-operative societies mentioned in the Fifth Schedule of this Act and in doing so shall follow the procedure and guidelines as may be prescribedProvided that any appointment made by a Co-operative society of the Fifth Schedule in this Act in violation of this clause shall be void.
