Section 3(1)(a) in Urban Street Vendors and Hawkers (Registration and Regulation) Bye-laws, 2010

(a)The Commissioner shall allow a start-up grace period of forty-five days after these bye-laws come into force to enable current street vendors, legal or illegal, to ensure compliance with the provisions contained herein.
