Section 12 in The Goa Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999
12. Special Public Prosecutor.
- The Government shall, by notification, appoint an Advocate of not less than ten years standing as a Special Public Prosecutor for the purpose of conducting the cases in the Special Court.
