(1)All property, movable and immovable, acquired or in any way otherwise procured for the construction, improvement, maintenance and control of the new bridge and its approaches, and the new bridge and its approaches and all moneys received by the Commissioners under this Act shall vest in the Commissioners in trust for the purposes of this Act.
