80. Confidential reports and character rolls to state whether defects already brought to notice. [§ 12, Act V, 1861].
- When an officer makes an unfavourable remark in any confidential report or character roll, he should always state specifically whether the defect remarked upon has already, in any other connection, been brought to the notice of the officer or clerk concerned.
