Section 38 in The M.P. Public Trusts Act, 1951

38. Repeal.

- The Central Provinces and Berar Religious and Charitable Trusts Act, 1937 (XVIII of 1937), is hereby repealed :Provided that such repeal shall not effect the validity of anything done or omitted to be done in pursuance of the said Act.[Substituted by M.P. Act No. 23 of 1958.]
