Section 4(j) in Punjab Women and Children Development and Welfare Corporation Staff Regulations, 1986
(j)"Employee" means a person (whether an officer or any other employee) employed on any post under the Corporation, but does not include, except for the purpose of disciplinary action, a casual worker or daily wage earner;
