Section 356(1) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959
(1)The Development Committee Shall Consider The Scheme Placed Before It By The Municipal Commissioner And Accept It With Or Without Modification Or Require The Municipal Commissioner To Make Alterations In It And To Re-Submit It For Consideration.
