Section 364 in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
364. Membership of Maha Sangh.
(1)Recognised Association can join membership of only such Maha Sangh which is recognised by the State Government.(2)Objective of Maha Sangh shall also be to develop the spirit of goodwill and cooperation among members.(3)Maha Sangh shall also not raise individual disputes but negotiate on common matters.
