107. Penalty for infringement of Section 29, 30 or 32.
- Whoever infringes any order issued under Section 29 or 30 or violates any condition imposed under Section 32 shall be punished with fine which may extend from ten to one hundred rupees and if the infringement or violation be continuing with a further fine which may extend to one hundred rupees for every day during which such infringement of violation continues.
