37. Appointment of full members.
- Subject to the provisions of section 12 and sub-section (1) of section 40, an approved probationer shall be considered for confirmation of service immediately after the declaration of his probation. Such confirmation of service shall be made in the entry level post to which he was first appointed. A specific order of confirmation of service shall be issued.
