Section 11(2) in Kerala Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1968
(2)If any dispute arises regarding the amount of expenses payable by the owner or other person under sub-section (1), it shall be referred to the Government whose decision thereon shall be final.
