2 02-04-2025Heard learned counsels for the parties.
2. The present application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for violation of order dated 20.10.2014, passed in C.W.J.C. No.16697 of 2009.
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties in which it has been stated that the General Administration Department, Bihar is pursuing the matter of promotion, therefore, there is no willful and deliberate Patna High Court MJC No.1442 of 2023(2) dt.02-04-2025 11/11 disobedience of the order dated 20.10.2014, passed in C.W.J.C. No.16697 of 2009, passed by this Court.
4. Considering the statement made in the show cause of the opposite parties, this application stands disposed of.
5. Petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh writ application in case promotion is not granted to them.
