Section 43(1) in Shri Govind Guru University Act, 2015
(1)Any institution situated within the University area, which conducts specified research or studies may be recognised by the Executive Council in consultation with the Academic Council as a recognised institution for such purpose and in such manner and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
