Section 45 in Kashmir and Jammu Universities Act, 1969
45. Dispute as to constitution of University Authorities or Bodies.
- If any question arises whether any person has been duly elected, appointed or co-opted as, or is entitled to be a member of any authority or other body of the University, or whether any decision of the University or of any of its bodies, authorities or committees is in conformity with this Act, the Statutes or the Regulations, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereon shall be final.
