Section 44(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(1)Subject to the provisions of Sub-rule (2) a question may be asked for the purpose of obtaining information on a matter of public importance within the special cognizance of the Minister to whom it is addressed:
