Section 13(1) in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Institutions of Higher Education) Rules, 1987
(1)All the private educational institutions which have been accorded permission to establish and accorded recognition/affiliation, after the commencement of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Act No.1 of 1982) that is, with effect from 18-7-1982, shall be deemed to have been enjoying temporary recognition/affiliation.
