Section 20 in Haryana Enterprises Promotion Act, 2016
20. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Haryana Industrial Promotion Act, 2005 (6 of 2006), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
