Section 4(1) in The M.P. Paramedical Council (Election of Members) Regulations, 2001
(1)Voter list so prepared shall be published by the Council in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette" and the list so published shall be exhibited on the Notice Board of the Office of the Council along with a notice :-(a)Inviting objections thereto and claims in respect thereof to be presented within 30 days from the date of notice to the Registrar of the Council; and(b)Fixing a date and time for hearing of such objections and claims, if tiny, by the Registrar of the Council.
