108. Annual Reports.
(1)The Board shall prepare for every year a report of its activities during the year and submit the report to the Government in such form, and on or before such date, as may be prescribed and the Government shall cause a copy of the report to be laid before the Legislative Assembly.(2)Every Planning and Development Authority shall prepare for every year a report of its activities under this Act during the year and submit the report to the Government and the Board in such form, and on or before such date, as may be prescribed.
