Section 146(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha
(1)If the motion that the Bill as passed again by the Council be taken into consideration is carried, the Speaker shall put to the House the amendments, if any, made to the Bill by the Council in such manner as the Speaker thinks most convenient for their consideration.
