(3)The President shall, except in the case of an emergency meeting referred to in sub-section (6), give to each member not less than seven days notice of each meeting including the annual or a special meeting:Provided that the President shall, on receipt of a requisition signed by not less than ten members of the Board, call a meeting within fifteen days from the date of receipt of such requisition, and no business, other than that on account of which the requisition has been received, shall be transacted at such a meeting.
