Section 7(o) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(o)to co-operate with any other Universities, authority or association or any public body having purposes and objects similar to those of the Cluster University for such purposes, as may be agreed upon, on such terms and conditions as may, from time to time, be specified by the Cluster University;
