Section 11 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE AQUACULTURE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 2020
11. Disqualification for membership of the Authority and its Committees -
A person shall be disqualified from being appointed or continuing as a member of Authority or any committee of the authority, if he/she-(i)is medically found or declared to be of unsound mind ;(ii)is a person who having being declared an insolvent or bankrupt underany law in force, is a undischarged insolvent or bankrupt;
