Section 24(k) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(k)No employee shall except with the previous sanction of the Board engage in any trade or canvass for business either on his own or on behalf of members of his family or undertake any employment other than his public duties or carry on directly or social and charitable nature or work of co-operative societies ;
