49A. Issue of Type Certificate or Restricted Type Certificate to an aircraft imported in India.
(1)The Director-General may direct by general or special order that there shall be a type certificate or restricted type certificate in respect of any aircraft imported in India.(2)The Director-General may issue a type certificate or restricted type certificate in respect of any aircraft imported in India.
