74. Board for purposes of this Chapter.
- [The Mumbai Repairs and Reconstruction Board] [These words were substituted for the words 'The Bombay Repairs and Reconstruction Board' by Maharashtra 25 of 1996, Section 2, and Schedule pars (3).] established under section 18 of this Act shall be the Board for the purposes of carrying out the purposes of this Chapter.
