Section 36(3) in Nagpur Improvement Trust Act, 1936
(3)If [the Corporation] [Substituted by M.P. Act, XIV of 1952, section 19.] decides not to make an official representation on any complaint made to it under clause (b) or clause (c) of sub-section (1), it shall cause a copy of such complaint to be sent to the Trust with a statement of the reasons for its decision.
