Section 8(iv) in The Hyderabad Agricultural Debtors Relief Rules, 1957
(iv)The Land Valuation Officers appointed by Government may be appointed by the Court as Commissioners under Order XXVI in Schedule I to the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for the purpose of making an inquiry for determination of the value of debtor's movable and immovable property.
