Section 43(p) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(p)refer such children who require specialized drug abuse prevention and rehabilitation programme, to an appropriate centre administered by qualified personnel. These programmes shall be adapted to the age, gender and other specifications of the concerned child.
