The contempt petition was earlier dismissed and recall application too was dismissed. The petitioner is misusing the process of the Court and she has proceeded to move the recall of the aforesaid two orders. Today also, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner although the case has been taken up in the revised list. It is apparent that the petitioner is lingering on the proceedings under the garb of recall application and she is not serious in pursuing the matter.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the application is rejected.
