12. Vacancies.
(1)The licensee shall ensure that the post of a Member is not kept vacant for the period of more than 30 days.Provided that in case the licensee is unable to fill the vacant post in terms of Regulation 7(2) above the Commission shall initiate the process of appointment from its end for the purpose of filling up of such vacancy.(2)No act or proceedings of the Forum shall be deemed to be invalid by reason of any defect in the constitution of the Forum or by reason of the existence of a vacancy amongst its Members.
