266. Power of Collector to call for information relating to affairs of Zilla Parishad.
- The Collector may, on being required by the State Government to make a report to it about the working of the Zilla Parishad, call for any information or statistics which he may consider necessary from the Zilla Parishad relating to its affairs and it shall be the duty of the Zilla Parishad to comply with the requisition made by the Collector.
