(a)ex officio members
(i)the Vice-Chancellor,
(ii)the Deans of Faculties,
(iii)the Director of Research,
(iv)the Director of Extension Education,
(v)the Director of Farms,
(vi)the Registrar,
(vii)the Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Government of West Bengal, or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to the Government of West Bengal, and
(viii)the Secretary, Department of Finance, Government of West Bengal, or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary to the Government of West Bengal:
