Section 19(2)(d) in The Orissa Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1969

(d)the height of each room used as a creche shall be not less than 3.7 metres from the floor to the lowest part of the room and there shall not be less than 1.9 square metres of floor area tot each child to be accommodated therein;
