26C. Production of registers and other records.
- All registers and records required to be maintained by an employer under these rules shall be produced on demand before the Inspector :Provided that where an establishment has been closed, the Inspector may demand the production of the registers and records in his office or such other public place as may be nearer to the employer.] [Rules 26-B and 26-C inserted by Punjab Government Notification No. 574-4-Lab-II-62/1609, dated 16.1.1962.]
