Section 10(1) in The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Mizoram) Act, 2006
(1)The University will seek, obtain and retain accreditation from respective national accreditation bodies and be subject to relevant provisions of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 and the University Grants Commission (Establishment and of maintenance of standards in Private Universities) Regulations, 2003 as amended from time to time.
