Section 15 in Uttar Pradesh Motor Vehicles (Special Provisions) Act, 1976
15. Immunity.
- No suit or other proceeding shall lie against the State Government or the Competent Authority or its members or against the Corporation in respect of anything done or intended to be done under this Act, and in particular, on the basis of any direction under section 12.
