Section 51(1) in A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2015
(1)The annual budget estimates along with the financial statements of the University for ensuing financial year shall be prepared by the Finance Officer and presented to Executive Committee where it shall be discussed and final approved version shall be presented to the Board of Governors for consideration.
