Section 17(2) in The First Statutes of Indian Institute of Technology Goa, 2017
(2)If the post is to be filled by advertisement, the terms and conditions of the post shall be advertised by the Registrar and all applications received within the date specified in the advertisement shall be considered for screening and short-listing by the Screening Committee and further process by the Selection Committee.
