237. Sale to be subject to sanction and to confirmation by Tribunal.
- Unless the Tribunal otherwise orders, no property belonging to LLP which is being wound-up by the Tribunal shall be sold by the Liquidator without the previous sanction of the Tribunal, and every sale shall be subject to confirmation by the Tribunal and such order of confirmation or otherwise may be passed within sixty days of the filing of the report by the liquidator or the Provisional Liquidator, as the case may be.
