Section 7 in The Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University Act, 2010
7. Officers of University.
- The following shall be the officers of the University:-(1)the Vice-Chancellor,(2)the Registrar;(3)the Finance Officer; and(4)persons holding such other posts as may be declared by statutes to be posts of officers of the University.
