4. Territorial jurisdiction.
(1)The territorial jurisdiction of the University shall extend to the whole of Kerala.(2)The University may assume responsibility for the establishment and development of appropriate institutions for the study of Sanskrit, Indology, Indian philosophy and Indian Languages in different parts of the State.
